2026 April Stuff I Use

April rolled in quickly and the fun continues! I had a few changes this month and I should be able to catch up with updates to the list of stuff I use during the May update. With April, not only are some large milestones keeping me busy, I am also trying to be more involved in my daughter’s learning journeyโ€ฆI can’t believe she is already doing Pre-Algebra!

Removed:

  • Calendar Support Application – ItsyCal – Replaced this with the Dot calendar application.
  • Email Filtering – Spam Sieve – I fell back to the built in junk filtering or utilizing the M365 and Gmail filtering.

2026 March Stuff I Use

I am finally getting to a point where things should slow down so I can focus on my writing again (and I sound like a broken record saying that). The largest changes this week were me changing up my daily-use keyboard and removing OpenAI from my workflow to focus on both Claude and Gemini (as a secondary tool when I run out of tokens in Claude).

2025-08 Loadout

So far, it has been an action packed August with a really positive piece of information that I’ll be able to share in September. One item that I can share is that I’ll be moving, so I’ll be focusing on Spring cleaning and getting rid of items I haven’t used for some time. The administrative side of moving (maybe the physical aspect, too) is what I dread the most, as having to update my address at so many different locations is a slog!

If you all have any questions about the items below, please feel free to reach out as I am always glad to share my thoughts.

Rolling (had to add in a Peak Design Roller Pro pun) into June with an update to my current setup (some have respective links to Amazon that help defray the hosting costs and get me more funding to purchase cool, new gear). If you all have any questions about the items below, please feel free to reach out as I am always glad to share my thoughts.
